Kristen Bragunier, the visionary behind Deeply Rooted, carries a rich retail legacy ingrained in her family for generations. Her retail journey began at a local Camarillo retailer, Fitzgerald's For Fashion, during her high school years, where she discovered her passion for assisting customers in finding apparel that made them feel good. Kristen firmly believes that selling extends beyond mere products—it's about curating an experience that resonates with each customer.

Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business, Kristen thrived in renowned establishments such as Nordstrom and Anthropologie, honing her skills for nearly two decades. At the end of 2022, Kristen decided to pursue her long time dream of opening her own shop and paying homage to her familial roots in the very town her ancestors helped shape.

Deeply Rooted now resides within the very building constructed by Kristen's family back in the 1960s, during the days when Camarillo was a small, single road town. Kristen's affinity for the retail world blossomed from her family's heritage, and she takes immense pride in nurturing her brand right where it all began. Growing up, Kristen witnessed her mother, Suzan, flourish not only in cultivating her home and plants but also in fostering friendships by starting Bloomin' Thyme Garden Club. Visitors to the shop can often find Suzan lending her expertise, nurturing every plant, and creating exquisite arrangements that embody the spirit of Deeply Rooted.
